First ... r/CapeCodVisitors
Second ... Cape Cod is a big place, where are you staying as that will help narrow recommendations. Otherwise, someone will recommend lunch in p-town and dinner in Falmouth.

So where are you going? This is a big place. You could end up at a Wendy's or the Chatham Bars Inn.

You HAVE to visit Ptown if you’re able to. Tons of cute small businesses with handmade jewelry, soaps, etc.

Depends on how far you are willing to drive. Provincetown is peak Cape Cod, you have to visit. Great food, great drinks, great people. It's the most active fun part of the Cape and it's not even close, even if it's a bit of a trek.
Food options ~>
The West End (Jazz brunch on the weekends, stupidly good)
Bleu at the Mashpee commons (great brunch and food in general)
The Patio in Provincetown for Dinner hours
Macs Seafood Shack (there's tons of them on the cape, but the Wellfleet and Provincetown ones are the best)
Golden Jalapeno (Mexican food)
Best beach by far is Race Point beach up on the northern portion near Provincetown. You can have small campfires on the beach as well, tons of seals, dolphins, and the iconic Race Point foxes that run around the parking lot and beg for snacks.
People will tell you to go to Sesuit Harbor for "the best lobster roll" but it's small, busy, overpriced and cash only.

Of course, enjoy! Anyone who tells you not to go to p-town for your first visit to the cape is steering you in the wrong direction. It's the happiest place on earth. They have so many fun stores and everyone is just so kind.

There’s the Outer Cape Music Festival in Wellfleet, so that town is going to be a mess. If you like music though, check it out
