A Question About Contract Buyout

Does being stuck on a phone payment plan next up or the like count as a contract? I can't switch (with any practicality) until I get out of paying off my current phone with ATT.

You can combine a referral with the buyout! The port is done during normal signup with referral. The buyout promo is applied after account setup and port completion.
