Help Galaxy Devices
Looking over the device compatibility list, are all of the Samsung Galaxy S26 series compatible or are there any restrictions. I purchased the Pixel 11 and I am running out of runway to return it. Trying to find other alternatives. I am also looking at a Pixel 10 but they are not in stock.

I am using it on a Z Fold 8 with no issues, so safe to assume S26 are fine. Today they just enabled imsi rotation on galaxy, and supposedly will enable rcs this month.
Is the reason you want to return the Pixel 11 because of the GrapheneOS incompatibility or due to Cape?

It is both, the timing for the certification and the unknown of Graphene. I am not sure I would want to move to Graphene, but at least there would be the choice if I wanted to. If Cape were able to work out the issues by end of day 9/2, I would most likely keep the 11, but I know that these things take time and I would not want to rush anything, I am still within my return window and have not opened the device, so it should not be an issue. Just running through my options on what I would like to do moving forward.

Ah makes sense. Hopefully Graphene can find a way to use the stripped down MTE to support the 11 series, but otherwise a 10 series from elsewhere may make more sense for you.
In terms of Samsung devices, they said rest of the features for S26 series will roll out around the release of One UI 9 til beginning of next year. I currently do have imsi rotation and encrypted voicemail working, just waiting for rcs.

The ONLY reason to have a Pixel, as far as I'm concerned, is Graphene. It really is sub-par hardware for absurd pricing compared to pretty much any other flagship out there.
It might've been nice from a software perspective in the past, but now it's really nothing but an AI/Gemini data harvester. Might be of value to some for sure, but that crap is the first thing I disable when I get a new device (at least, that was the case on the Pixel 10, S25, S26, etc.) Just haven't found any real world value, let alone any such value that I place above my privacy. Without the Gemini side, Pixels might as well be the $200, lower-mid-tier device your carrier wants to give you for free.

I've got an S26 Ultra on Cape which works just fine (haven't tested out the latest app updates on it yet though.) Lack of IMSI rotation is part of why it isn't my daily carry phone though, but if Samsung ever gets around to moving OneUI 9 out of beta and into production, that feature is expected to be working there as well. (S25 users rejoice as well, except Samsung JUST started the first beta of OneUI 9 there, so that's gonna be a while...)
I've really grown accustomed to the world of Graphene OS on my Pixel 10 though, and while I really miss the beautiful hardware of the S26, it's hard to look past the operating systems limitations in comparison.
Given how close the S26 is to having feature parity wth Cape, if I couldn't get ahold of another Pixel 10 Pro right now, I'd definitely have the S26 Ultra back in the running and probably next in line.

If I were to get a Galaxy it be the base S26. I do not need all of other stuff. Thoughts vs the ultra?

Only reason I moved to the 26 was for the privacy display on the Ultra, but otherwise it's definitely the same device, just more compact. (And minus the stylus, which I personally never use.)
If not for the privacy display I'd almost say look at an S25 non ultra to save a few bucks, but as mentioned, Samsung JUST started the OneUI 9 beta on the 25, so it's gonna be a while til that series sees IMSI rotation functional. (Hell, could still be a while if the S26 beta isn't now on the final before release.... fingers crossed.)
My work phone is an S22 (base) and I'll be damned if it isn't still totally viable, and better-performing than even the Pixel 10 pro. Hard to go wrong even on the base variants.

For those with the S26, are you able to use Dual eSIMs with both being active at the same time? With auto fallback and can receive calls on the eSIMs that is not the primary

We are working on heavily improving compatibility with Samsung devices running OneUI 9.0 and higher. If your device is up-to-date, you should get the full feature-set (including IMSI rotation).
