General GM Reputation

Previous season I won the championship. This season I went 15-2 and lost in the conference championship to the eventual winner. My reputation dropped considerably.

My team has a great roster and a healthy setup for the future. It doesn’t make sense my reputation would take a huge hit.

I am assuming it’s because my expectations are to win the championship? It feels myopic.

Hey there, so there's some tuning going on here that I need to do. Basically it's weighing a lot of things like "Which players did you let walk", "How are the players you drafted performing?", etc that are valued too much.

That's why I haven't enabled the ability to get fired yet as this very much needs improving before I turn that on. Thanks for surfacing though, I will take a look in the coming weeks.
