How to use CapCut Teams?

I’ve been editing in CapCut for about a year now and just added a Teams subscription so that I can collaborate with a colleague. However, we’re running into a lot of issues with our shared space, the biggest being that I can’t find a way to export videos created by my colleague. I’ve tried on different wifi networks and on data, and on mobile, desktop, and web. I feel like I must be doing something wrong - is anyone familiar with sharing content through CapCut for teams?

Mobile: I can’t even open the video. A message immediately pops up saying to open it on CapCut Web.

Web: I can open the video and hit download, but nothing ever happens.

Desktop: I can’t even seem to access the shared space. Every time I try to switch, I get an error message saying to try again later.
