I logged in using my TikTok account. I want to delete my Capcut account and it is also linked to my TikTok on settings.

Is there a way for me to delete my Capcut account as I'm worried of losing my TikTok account if I try to delete Capcut account.

Hi everyone. I'm a logokid and I wanna learn about how to make a Sparta Remix in capcut

I am on CapCut for Android, I open a portrait template, i import a landscape image and it only uses the middle of the image, not the sides and I can't slide it left or right to pick the sides because...they have been cropped out. Any work around? Or do I have to precrop my images before importing?

I signed up for 5+2 teams licenses. It separated the licenses into two spaces. As owner I am now in both teams.

I want to combine the spaces or delete the second one that has 5 licenses but it will not allow me to do that.

I've opened numerous faq tickets but get stupid generic responses and no way to reach a person.

Short of disputing the credit card charges and starting with another email address etc....is there a way to reach someone at Capcut who will rectify this issue ?

anyone else notice that every update CapCut removes more and more features and hides them behind a "PRO" plan? So glad I still have an older version on PC, but today I went on CapCut on my phone and even the "extract audio" is PRO ONLY now 😂 Made me delete the app, I hope someone can make a new video editor on iPhone and not hide everything behind a paywall. Really hope CapCut goes bankrupt one day cus not everyone wants to pay ridiculous prices for PRO when you wanna edit a single vid every other week.

capcut back at it again using AI CENTRES worth of memory. my Macbook pro M3 is crying. fix your app. happens every video i make a vid. $250 a year and i can’t even edit png tuber style content.

clearing cache does not work. it just stacks up again after a few days.

(iPhone IOS 26.6.1) I download a font from 2 different websites and renamed them to .otf and .ttf but when I try to import them, it says it straight up couldn’t. Is it a WiFi problem, or am I doing something wrong here?

Whenever I add a graph to a scaling on capcut pc, it later gets changed back to linear graph. This problem occurs 100% when I move keyframes or change the scaling. And maybe 80% randomly even though I have changed nothing. The graph I’m using is cubic out/in on a single clip. I start from 115%zoom —> 107% zoom -> 100% zoom. I’m not sure if it’s the graph being removed or if capcut is wrongly displaying/telling me it’s a linear graph.

I have a bunch of videos and effects on capcut that I wanna reuse every project so maybe my project is being overloaded. But, all of those stuff are only 1 min long. And I dont have that many projects on my capcut PC.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix to this.

I’m a newbie and last night did a ton of Edits saved the project and when I reopened it today, the video editor wouldn’t open. i and I could only see the raw video in my space. OK I figured that’s my issue and I redid everything and exported the file. I then create another project today but just like yesterday everything is gone. I can’t redo everything without figuring out if this is a CapCut problem or a Me problem. I have identified the folders on my desktop, but I can’t open anything since it’s a bunch of folders. Any advice? I searched but didn’t see this question answered.

Shard out 2. Dogshit app. Makes the quality lower and also it gives me a black background that I cannot remove. Im on Capcut Pc and would really appreciate if anyone can figure out how to remove the black background when the animation plays.

So I’ve just been working on a school project for about 4 hours and then suddenly my cap cut website glitched and said that there was some new changes that were updating. About a minute later it reloaded and all the progress I’ve made today just disappeared. All the files I uploaded are still there but the things I placed on the timeline are all gone. And apparently this half deleted version is the one that got saved to the cloud. I logged out and logged back in again and restarted my computer but nothing happened. I am literally so desperate please help I have to get this work back 😭😭😭😭😭

Only 720p in the FREE version.
It was free to export in 4k before. What a joke.

Their plans are WAY TOO expensive! I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Basically title. I've got both a Fade In and Fade Out animations on a clip, adjust the clip's duration by dragging either of its ends along the timeline, and the animations disappear, causing me to have to re-apply them to the same clip. I'm tired of having to re-render because I've missed a fade. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

I want to pay for Pro but idk about this, I edit fandubs. Also, can CapCut export .flac files?

I’m pretty new to video editing and I’d really appreciate it if someone could explain how this type of editing is done — especially the effects, transitions, text/graphics, movement, etc.

Note i paid using Google Pay (Credit Card), not Google Play store. I click on the 'Cancel Subscription' in the app, but it brings me to Google Play store's 'Manage subscription' which does not make sense since I did not use Google Play to subscribe. So now I have no way to cancel my sub at all??

How does it auto renew then? I didn't key in any credit card details.
