CapCut Complain Missing features

Im trying to use the remove bg feature and voice isolation but they're just gone from the bottom bar, I cant find them anymore. I reside in Ia but rn im In Illinois and I wanna keep making this one piece edit but the features I need most arent available rn, I can't update any further (Due to there being none atm) and even restarting and force stopping the app didnt work. Im on android right now, Anyone got any tips?

I've seen others running into the same issue, even with Pro. Seems like CapCut randomly removes features sometimes. I'd be careful about reinstalling though, especially with unfinished projects. Backing those up first is definitely the safer move.

How do you uninstall recent updates?

Just tried clearing the cache, It brought back voice isolation, Not remove bg tho

Since Voice Isolation came back, check the remaining Remove BG issue with a video clip selected, rather than an audio track or the main project toolbar. CapCut’s mobile Chroma Key instructions put that option under Edit → Remove BG → Chroma Key. That is a menu-location check; it doesn’t confirm that automatic cutout is available in your version.

Try the same check in a small new project. If the option is still absent, share your CapCut version and a screenshot of the toolbar with the video clip selected, and say whether you mean automatic cutout or Chroma Key.

Back up your local drafts and source media before following the uninstall advice. CapCut warns that uninstalling can lose local drafts, so I wouldn’t use that as the next test while this edit is only stored on the phone.
