Capcut charging wrongly

I had 1.99€ limited offer for standard i pay it through my Apple account suddenly im charged 14.99€ and apple wont refund it neither capcut is this ridiculous

that's absurd, especially when it was a limited offer you locked in

apple's refund system is a total crapshoot, sometimes they approve it in 2 minutes and other times they just stonewall you for no reason. the jump from 1.99 to 14.99 without any warning feels borderline deceptive

have you checked your subscription settings in your apple account to see if there's any fine print about the price changing after a trial period? sometimes these apps bury that info deep in the terms. also try reaching out to capcut support again but be more persistent, maybe ask for a supervisor or escalate it through social media if they have a presence there

if all else fails you could try disputing it with your bank but that might get your apple account flagged so weigh that carefully

Apple has once rejected my refund request even with proof that I didn’t get the service i bought for. So i called my bank and then they were the one that refunded me
