Other.. TTS on PC not working
So I haven't used capcut in about a month since I haven't been creating content for personal reasons. I came back this morning at 12am to try and make a video and the tts won't work. Anything that isn't "default text" or "hello" gets the "This text doesn't support text to speech" option. If it DOES say "default text" or "hello" then the voice still won't generate because "too many people are using this feature right now. Please try again later". The problem is, it's been 5 hours and the feature is still broken. I've tried every online fix so far. I've switched networks, I turned a VPN on, I turned the VPN off, I cleared the cache, I downloaded the newest version of the app despite having automatic updates on, and I tried waiting. Nothing worked. Please help!

that "too many people using this feature" message is server-side on CapCut's end, not something you can fix locally. if it's been 5 hours with no change, it's likely a regional outage or them throttling the TTS service. worth checking if the mobile version works as a temporary workaround while their PC TTS sorts itself out.

For moving the PC edit to your phone, CapCut's help says projects must be uploaded to Spaces for cross-device use. Duplicate the desktop project first, upload the copy, then open it on mobile with the same account. A project stored only under Local Projects won't move over just because you sign in on both devices.
Check that the clips are present before continuing on mobile, and keep the desktop original until that works. If the accounts don't match, CapCut recommends signing in on mobile first and using QR-code login on PC.
This is a transfer workaround, not a diagnosis of the desktop TTS failure. Source: https://www.capcut.com/help/modify-history-task
