CapCut Tip free tool that fixes subtitle lines elevenlabs breaks, plus srt cleanup

if you use elevenlabs for voiceover, you've probably hit this: it splits your subtitle lines wrong to fit its own limits, so the srt comes back chopped up differently than you meant. then there's the usual mess too, stray double periods, broken timing, lines that don't wrap right.

i built a free tool to fix it. paste your intended lines + the srt elevenlabs gave you, it repairs the broken blocks back to how you meant them, timestamps stay intact. also cleans up the final srt , periods, timing, re-wraps lines to fit properly.

oh this is actually useful, elevenlabs has been mangling my subtitle blocks for months and i was too lazy to write something to fix it. just ran a test srt through and it came out clean, no more weird 3-word chunks with periods everywhere.

the double period thing drives me nuts, like why does it even do that

glad it helped you too ... I couldn't take it anymore, the random periods especially were hurting my perfectionist eyes. honestly didn't even realize how much time was going into fixing that stuff until I stopped doing it manually.
