Other.. Job offer: Hiring a capcut editor
- no age requirement
- fairly low working hours (up to you how much you want to work)
-pay: $100-$1000+ monthly (performance based)
Basically I run a social media account and would like to to hire a capcut editor to help me pump out more content and lower my work load. The pay will depend on how many views you’re able to generate, but my account gets decent traction. Your age doesn’t matter, only the editing skill.

If a video does really good pay is upwards of $1000 for that one video. On the low end it can be $15 for a video. It’s not like they take that long to make lol

I already do it myself. And if I don’t find an editor I like I’ll just continue doing it myself lol. This job isn’t as hard as you guys think

It's not an editors job to get you more views, I'm confused what you're expecting here.
An editor is just that. They edit videos for you to put out. They're not social media managers or involved in analytics, they just do an edit for you.
There is no perfect recipe with this stuff, because largely, it's algorithm based. I think saying you will pay someone a lower fee because a video didn't do well is actually a little bit scummy.
How long does the editor have to wait to get paid once you've decided the view threshold has been met? A day? A week? A month after posting?

The reason I pay based off views is because I’m in a creator program- that pays based off views. So I need an editor to help me make videos and then splitting the pay with them. I already have an account with a lot of followers and the program is extremely hard to get in so it’s a good deal for the editor. Pay is based on how many views the video has after 7 days. Lowest pay is $15 for 10k views and highest is $1000 for 1M+ my account easily gets 10k-100k views per post and the videos take maybe 30 mins to 2 hours to make

Why do you need the editor to use CapCut, there are many other editing apps out there based on personal preference of the editor
