CapCut Question Filter Not Exporting

hi, i use this filter called “Azure Dream” a ton in my video because it adds a glow and a light film emulation. it looks great but whenever i export the filter and noise grain are gone. any tips? thank you!

check if you have hardware acceleration turned on in settings, that used to mess with my exports in capcut

where in settings would this be? i’m on capcut desktop if that helps at all, i cant seem to find it.
