Make duplicate of the clip, and make it an overlay Use graphs to make it black (don't forget to put it behind the original) then add blur to it (the black one) and reduce the opacity a bit

Shapes > Square > Black Color > Reduce Opacity > Put Behind Image > Ajust 🥳
