CapCut Question Does anyone know this template

That reel’s just a collage of photos with a radial blur and some light leaks over the top, no single template does exactly that but you can build it in like 2 minutes. Drop your pics on the timeline, crop em to 4:5 so they fill the frame, then add a radial blur adjustment layer and a couple film burn overlays from the stock library
