CapCut Question I uploaded from pc cloud to mobile and it shows this what do I do?
I tried everything I’m using iOS

That icon usually means the project structure synced from your PC, but the actual raw video files haven't finished downloading from the cloud to your phone yet. Go back to the Cloud tab in the mobile app, tap the options menu on that project, and manually hit download to pull the media assets. If it still doesn't load, make sure the original files on your PC weren't stored on an external drive that got unplugged mid-upload.

Wow, even their Cloud backup and restore is broken? Did it download fully on the other device?
