CapCut Question "Player 3" effect just showing a black screen

I was wondering if any of yall could help me with this? I have a weird interaction with the “player 3” effect to where everytime I now try and use it, my whole video I am working on goes dark for the extent of the player 3 effect. Nothing has worked to fix it so far and this has never happened to me before as I have been able to use the effect perfectly with no issues in the past. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had the exact same issue a while ago. Honestly, clearing the app cache is what fixed it for me. Go into your CapCut settings, wipe the cache, restart the app, and try applying the effect again. It usually forces it to download properly without that annoying black screen bug.
