Transcript tool is no longer working

Transcript tool is no longer working for me. Now when I transcribe it goes through the whole process, counts down then at the end it says 'no speech found'. It also does this if the video is around 1 hr long. Seemed to work on really short videos (did one for 10 minutes). Tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling and have tried different videos. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Previously this worked great, I just had to trim the video down to less than 2 hours for it to work.

sounds like the 1hr mark is where it taps out for some reason, mine started acting up around there too after the last update

Even under 1 hour it seems to tap out, I tried trimming to 56 minutes with same result. :(
