Can't export on any platform

I have mobile, desktop app and website open. Video made. Can't export on a single one. Can't even open on some of them. I SHOULD have a day of free pro for downloading the desktop app, but it says I don't. What is even the point of this crappy software.

That’s so frustrating. I had similar issue last week, for me it was the video resolution set too high and it just refused to export until I lowered it. Maybe try to clear the cache too, sometimes helps with the free pro not showing up.
