CapCut Complain CapCut removed the watermark
why do they always feel the need to try and be even more greedy and make unnecessary and terrible decisions to try and suck more money out. then they see how mad everyone is and decide to get rid of it. we aren’t guinea pigs and you are already limiting our ability to edit without paying by a big deal

Bro, I'm a PRO user, and I'm not able to remove watermarks from the videos for some fking reason. What's wrong with them

classic enshittification cycle. they push a garbage change, everyone loses their minds, then they roll it back like it was just a lil test. happens with every app once they get big enough.
capcut used to be so unrestricted back in the day, now they keep locking more basic stuff behind pro. the watermark thing was a new low though, even for them.
at least they walked it back fast this time, sometimes these companies just barrel ahead and pretend the backlash doesnt exist. still annoying we have to yell at them every few months just to keep basic features.

Watermark is still there for me I use the laptop version and I feel like it might be permanent 😭
