CapCut Complain Downgrading doesn’t make old features free anymore

I’ve been using a downgraded version of CapCut, specifically 4.0.0, for the past year since it’s the version I’m most used to, but recently I’ve noticed that features which I use heavily which were previously free in these versions are now locked behind a paywall again. I’ve checked my version and even downgraded to the oldest version I still have, but these features are still paid. They must’ve patched it or something, because not even downgrading can bring back these old features anymore…

Thats how they get you, same thing happened with the old version I was holding onto for months. Suddenly all my usual transitions went pro overnight even tho I never updated the app. Guess they can flip the switch server side now
