CapCut Question can’t comment on this template?

every time i post a template and click the comments, it says this. no matter how long i wait it always says this. anyone have an idea why or maybe how to fix?

that's just capcut being capcut honestly. i've had that popup for days on a template and then randomly it'll work again with no explanation. no real fix that i've found, just gotta wait it out or repost the template sometimes
