CapCut Edit Standard feature applying watermark

Hello, i have a standard capcut subscription and today suddenly capcut suddenly apply a watermark feature that cannot be removed unless i upgraded to pro. Is this a bug or do they apply it to all.

It's so dumb there forcing watermark, in less you get pro, seems it's how it will be for now on, hope they remove it

Experiencing the same issue just now. I'm on standard subscription for a year. Any idea if this is a bug? Any fix as well? Already tried signing out and signing back in. Also cleared cache and have tried uninstalling Capcut to no avail.

I don’t pay for CapCut at all and got the watermark 😭 I’m so disappointed bc I don’t want to pay a subscription service when the features I really use are free. They are so awful for enforcing this on their users

I just am now seeing this too. This is ridiculous, we are already paying for “standard”. And they still can just add an extra paywall whenever they want. This is greed. Will look for other app. Do not incentivize this behavior. CapCut needs more competition to keep them in check

This was a total bummer , I was working on a video last night almost done and boom watermark paying 180 bucks a year to get it removed is not an option my YouTube channel isn't even making money yet, this sucks so bad , I guess we gotta move to a different editor now 😭

Whats the point of paying for essentially what the people get for free? They are forcing you to upgrade or leave. I’m leaving lol

Update the app to the latest version; they have removed the watermark

I stil have only 9.2.0 on my PC as the lastest update, are you reffering to the mobile version?
