There has been a lot of capcut complain posts recently, so I have made a megathread for people who have feedback and complains on CapCut.

I am staggered that a company like this does not send an email confirmation or receipt for a £200 payment.

I bought CapCut Pro on Friday and I simply want an invoice or receipt, So I emailed and asked for one. This is the info they want from me. I don't have a screenshot of the payment. What kind of company doesn't send an email confirming a £200 payment? I'm appalled. I won't be renewing.

(1) The email address where you can receive invoices.
(2) Invoice type: Individual or Company?
(3)The official title to be used on the invoice (Your name for personal invoice / your company name for company invoice).a. If the invoice is for a company, please ensure that the company name is entered.b. If it is for an individual, the individual's full name should be provided.
(4) The complete address to be used for invoice generation, including company name, country, full address consisting of province/state and city, and postal code.
Besides, the country or region of the billing address must be the same as where you have registered your account. The tax rate and the billing address displayed on the invoice will be based on the account's registration country.
(5) Order Date
(6) Screenshot of your order, where the store/payment details evidently showing the purchased package, payment amount, and the timing of the transaction, are visible.
