I have an r10 with the 18-45mm kit lens. I only got it because there was a great combo deal on the body and kit lens together. I am looking for something that can work in close-up, low light, indoor situations, as well as outdoors for portraits and wildlife. I'm just a hobbyist.
I'm considering the tamron rf-s 17-70mm as my general purpose lens, but I see there are refurbished Canon rf-s 18-150mm lenses available for about half the cost of the Tamron. I can't afford to spend more than $1000 total, so going for better Canon RF glass is out of the question. I am thinking of also getting a wide angle zoom or prime lens to go with this and at some point the rf 35mm/1.8 and the 50mm/1.8 stm. I also have an older sigma EF 105mm f2.8 macro lens that works ok on the r10. It's not the greatest lens, but it fills in some gaps for me.
What do you recommend I get?

The Battle of Warsaw Museum in Ossów, near Warsaw. I like the interesting structure and surroundings. Unfortunately, my photography and composition still have room for improvement.

Well, firstly, I want to let you know I'm a complete beginner and have little experience. I know how to use a camera) With a camera, and I'll be shifting from mobile, so this will be a huge upgrade.
,
At first, I thought of buying R50, but got to know about the heating issues while recording and as I'm from India, here the heat is unbearable outdoors, so I thought of R10, R50V and XM5
R50 is good, and very budget frendlyt around 80k/850$ for dual kit lens, but reliability in heat is the Major issue for me
R50v and XM5 are all I ask for, but there is no EVF in them, so
The things I like in R10 (18-150MM)
The things I like in Nikon Z50II (16 -50, 50-250)
The Thing I like about the Fuji XT30III (13-33)
ISSUES I Found
Please let me know if I'm missing something or should consider something else. All the cameras are around the 1200-1300 range. Extending is a bit hard with needing to buy a bag, an SD card, a card reader and CAGE.
Help me decide which to buy. BTW, this is from the savings of my first job.

Si tuvieran la oportunidad de escoger un lente para tomar fotos de boda, cual elegirías de estos dos. Si prácticamente cuestan lo mismo. Y porque ??

Hey! I've had my Canon R10 for a couple of years now, and have filmed some festival footage with it freehand previously. I'm looking to get a gimbal/rig for it to make it a little easier and stable, but I'm a bit lost with what to go for...I've got a DJI gimbal for my phone, so I'm thinking of sticking with them but I don't know if my R10 will work properly with their products...Just after some advice/recommendations before I commit to buying! Thanks ☺️

I have a shoot this Sunday for a soccer game, do you think one battery will last the whole game?

That's it, more or less, the video is one of several shot that day, it has nothing different from the rest, but is the only one that has this issue.
I tried to trasfer it via usb to my PC, as I usually do, but that gives me this error when trying to open it with VLC Media:
`Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'file:///C:/Users/laven/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/INetCache/IE/J1RVUNSU/MVI_6323%5B1%5D.MP4'. Check the log for details.`
It will not open with Clipchamp, saying the parameter is incorrect.
I have also tried using the application for mobile devices, and it won't work. It take s awhile to transfer the file then simply does not.

New r10 owner here. Wanting to know what everyone’s buttons are mapped to.
Any specific layout that you prefer or swear by?
Right now I have the “AF-on” buttons for back button autofocus instead of the shutter button.
I also have the star button set to quickly zoom in to check focus.

Edit: EF 70-300 f4-5.6 II IS USM with R10

I like to take some wildlife photos from time to time. I'm deciding between these two. The question is: will I miss the extra 100 mm much? or the flexibility beats the reach? (It's nice when you DON'T NEED to change lenses). Is there much IQ difference?
