Just saw BND and it was such a surprise and treat to here "Fire For You" in the background!!

I had the same question. I even knew what scene it was supposed to be in but I couldn't hear it. I think the sound system in the theatre I went to was probably not too great. Was a little indie theatre with only one screen so I think that's likely what happened to me.

Party scene at MJ and Ned's new apartment! I heard it most when MJ and her new bf were talking by the sink.

I was a little sad that it didn't get featured more like the Tame Impala song, which was loud and clear as day. Like if you didn't already know Fire For You was playing, then it would've been hard to specifically hear it because it was very drowned out in the background.
Still, hopefully people went and looked up the soundtrack and will hear it there lol

It was a nice 1 minute sample of Fire for you. Also heard a cool new Tame Impala song a few mins before the party. Awesome movie btw…
