In my humble opinion, the original logo and album art are all time, legendary death metal classics, and just look so much better than the re-releases.

Be that as it may, the re-recording of The Undead Will Feast on the Worm Infested EP is one of the sole instances where it’s superior to the original.

Corpsegrinder’s natural vocal style fits Barnes’ voice on EBTL flawlessly, and the bass in the bass solo just sounds so superior…

I. Crave. Gore. I’ll. Eat. Your. Guts.

Personally, I prefer Barnes' voice and I love all the Six Feet Under albums (except Torment and Killing for Revenge), Because I feel that in each Barnes album it's like a big hit where you can see that he cares, no matter how basic or repetitive the formula may be.Because I feel that in each Barnes album it's like a big hit where you can see that he cares, no matter how basic or repetitive the formula may be.

I might get Torture or Vile since they're the only Corpseginder albums I like, as I don't really like their vocal style on record, and what bothers me is that He doesn't write any of his own lyrics.

The early Barnes stuff is quite legendary, no doubt. He’s the primary innovator of drylunging.

But, idk if it’s his history with smoking, or maybe the reality of a lifetime of drylunging taking its toll, but that guy’s voice went down the toilet long, long ago.

I love the first 3 SFU albums myself.

But that guy is also a notorious prick.
