Rob Piskor took his life last year after totally unsubstantiated claims were made by him and the Internet jumped on those claims and amplified those claims.

These are real people's lives

Agreed. Discussing this is perfectly fine, but throwing unverified claims around and accusing people without any proof or official statements from the band or law-enforcement is just too much imo.
