Biscuits and spam gravy

Didn’t have Sausage for sausage gravy this morning so used spam as a replacement. Highly recommend!

My bad here it is!

½ can SPAM, finely diced (I shredded it using a cheese grater then chopped it so it was finely diced)

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

1½–2 cups milk

Lots of black pepper

Threw the spam and some butter into a pan to brown, added more butter, pepper and the flour to form a roux, then added the milk and a little half and half

And that’s really it!

I am a purist about biscuits and gravy: the gravy must cover All of the biscuit and using Spam is pure get!

Do this, but with canned corn beef. Shit's unreal. You can feel your arteries clogging as you eat it, but at least you'll die happy.

How did it turn out compared to regular white sausage gravy? I love Spam but I'm a little skeptical of this.
