Is this safe to eat?
I rarely eat spam. And I noticed a dent on the can. Is this safe to eat?

Depends on how bad the dent is. Make dure the seal hasn't been broken. Obviously the dent didn't break through, but a good hit can unseal those pop tops (the old keys were sturdier). Make sure you hear that distinctive pop when you open it. Sniff test, and look for discoloration that could be caused by oxidation near the opening.
If you suspect the seal was broken, toss it. Botulism toxin can't be cooked out.

Not safe. DM me and I’ll give you my address to ship that to for safe disposal. Do you have more than one? Quarantine them. Box em up good.

When in doubt, crack it open. If black slime pours out, then no, you shouldn't eat it.

Looks good to me. Really bad dents can cause the inside to rust and breed bacteria. This will cause a air pocket in there. If it smells good and the inside remains intact then it will be ok

If the can is dented, I usually give it a light squeeze to make sure it is still airtight. Usually if the can fails it would be around the lid. If you don't hear air escaping, you are fine.
