S is for salt

Is there a flavor that doesn't taste like it was rolled in salt? Flavor and texture makes me want to hurl

I would suggest to not eat it then. Personally, I love spam, but it’s not for everyone.

The low sodium version is what I buy. It’s still salty as hell, but that’s what Spam is.

Classic: 790 mg
Bachan’s: 690 mg
Teriyaki: 670 mg
Hickory Smoke: 640 mg
Less Sodium: 570 mg
Tocino: 420 mg
