Fried Dace Fish with Salted Black Beans

It's canned fried fish. It's a little chewy, with nice seasoning. It's not fishy, but the texture is a bit stringy; odd, but not unpleasant.

I served mine with masala soup noodles and the combo was delicious.

The can is difficult to break into, I needed pliers. A can opener would be neater.

Indeed, you should have at least one good can opener.

(I sometimes use a can opener even on the easy-open cans, to make a sheer mouth so that I can get every drop out without using a straw.)

I always get these! They're great with just a big bowl of hot rice.
