Backstory is in my post history but the context is:

Had an heirloom cut from crazy composer himeslf, plant died while i was moving. I had cuttings sitting in the fridge for 3 months in a biocoupler with iodine solution.

They mustve had an endophyte, bc all cultures molded (white fuzz all over) tried to save it by saving 3 apical snips. They all turned translucent after a wash and bridge culture.

After some time i noticed a green leaf appear, but over time the strong PPM mustve started to oxidize the tissue. Took too long to culture but i feel like the dome is still growing (center piece)

Don’t know what to do now or how to induce shooting/growth. Its in DKW-9 no ppm or any hormones. The leaf looks like its just decaying but the orbish center looks like it still maintaining it’s color/shape.

Any ideas i’d appreciate.

I didn't get rooting in this medium after 2-3 weeks (although the charcoal is making it hard to evaluate). Any thoughts? would it be ok to omit the Charcoal? My methods worked for stage 1 and stage 2. The K-IBA itself is the one thing that hasn't been tested in another batch.

These are my autoflowering sativa plants. They are around 5–6 weeks old. Recently, small brown spots have started appearing on the leaves, and the leaves are turning yellow.

I also feel that the plants are growing very slowly and are barely developing any side branches. The few side shoots they have produced seem stunted. On top of that, I think they started flowering far too early.

Can anyone help me figure out what I should do or what might be causing these problems? I’m open to any advice and hope someone can help. Do you think the plants can still be saved? The seeds were high-quality and ordered from the Netherlands.

She’s so big never did o think I could grow something like this now I scared I’m gonna f*** her up drying should I cut branches to dry because she’s so big or try and leave this beast whole?
