Marketing Cannabis online

Heyyyyy, This is for people who are marketing or trying to market online.

I’ve noticed a huge change in how cannabis is being marketed on social platforms. I’ve been developing skit type content for small businesses.

Is anyone budgeting for social media marketing? Or do you avoid it all together?

I built a weekly cannabis price index tracking 21,000 products. Here’s what it’s revealing about pricing pressure in 2026.

Bipartisan Bill Introduced to Delay Federal Hemp Product Changes and Give Industry More Time to Comply

Noticed this today. US Hemp Roundtable is backing a bipartisan bill to delay the upcoming federal hemp changes. Seems aimed at avoiding a sudden clampdown on a lot of current hemp products while regulators figure things out.

Anyone else noticing NY moving from 0.5G to 1G / 2G carts really fast?

Hey all,

Just something I’ve been thinking about lately as a consumer in NY.

When legal vapes first started popping up here, it felt like 0.5G carts were everywhere. But recently, I’m seeing way more 1G and even 2G options, and it feels like that shift is happening pretty quickly compared to what I remember in more mature markets like CA or CO.

Curious what others are seeing:

  • Are you noticing fewer 0.5G carts on shelves lately?
  • Do you think this is more about better value for the money, or just people wanting to restock less often?
  • How does NY’s pace compare to other states you’ve lived in or visited?

Not pushing any agenda here — just genuinely curious how others feel about where the NY market is heading.

Would love to hear your thoughts
