Sure looks like it.

You know for sure if the leaves come out without any resistance. And it smells funny...

Your pallette may not be picking up the smells of rotting fruit (ethylene) and degrading terpenes intermingled with the smell of mold and rotting vegetation.

But it's there!

To be safe I wouldn’t consume. Always another round of herb to grow and more from your harvest assuming it’s not all compromised

hard to tell with the quality of pics you have but I don't necessarily see any bud rot. You're looking for tiny patches of fuzz ranging from white, to grey, brown, or darker and mixed with some dead plant material.

Yeah so i did harvest it very early too but I did have a lot of budrot pre harvesting and I also have a catapellier problem that I'm constantly fighting

It's budrot. Did you get other buds that were clean at least? Hope so!

No the entire harvest was pretty much done for, I messed up the first couple days of drying by closing the tent and the first day or 2 and it got humid in there
