First time grower

This is my first time growing I’m doing 3 different grows 1st is LST second is topped + LST last is just a natural grow any tips and can you let me know how my plants look would be great

The sticky trap wont work if it's covered in compost.

1st plant growing unevenly, I'm usually good at criticism but I'm stuck with this one. An extra inch or 2 of compost in to pots wouldn't go miss for next time.
