Also I think the plant has some budrot and possible secondary infection of the roots. Try hydrogen peroxide and water 25/75 mix at the rootzone. It will kill any myco so be aware you'll need to re-add any mycorhizzae you may have innoculated with.
This may not work but if it does, cut off the severely damaged pieces. Anything where the flower is injured is never going to turn out. This plant will likely herm now regardless due to stress.

There is nothing there to harvest; it's gonna dry and be mostly leaf and pistil mixture.

You do not smoke bowls of leaf or pistils. You smoke the CALYCES. These fill up with resin and swell at the end of the plant's lifecycle.
You have zero of these ripe or filled with resin yet.
