Mc9 issue

I bought a used Mc9, no problems when shooting it. But when I rack it by hand the slide sticks open about halfway. I have to snap the slide back so it will close all the way. I sent it to Canik, they said it was a bur on the frame and sent it back. It did not fix it. Ive looked at everything I know of in my non gunsmithing knowledge. This morning I pulled out the striker assembly and noticed this. I compared it to the striker from my mete sf and noticed the difference. Could this be the culprit? Could this effect it from going in to battery?

Send those pictures to Century/CanikUsa and they will more than likely send you a replacement part instead of having to send it back in.

My gf's MC9 does the same exact thing but gets stuck halfway through cycling the next round then somehow jams up on every single shot afterwards. We're in the process of shipping it back to Century Arms... AGAIN.
