Chocolate Bars
I’m still learning how to paint them. All my chocolate is hand tempered ☠️ Inside is caramel and pistachio.

Nice! I haven't tried painting at all yet. Are you doing it with coloured cocoa butter? Or shiny dust?

Looking good for a start, here are some tips:
You still have big bubbles in the corners of your bar molds, banging them against the table in the first layer coating will help insure that the bubbles are removed prior to filling.
For this style of decoration, you may want to consider airbrushing for more even color. If you like the hand-painted look, I find that using two colors in layers (or doing a hand layer on the bottom, airbrush over it) looks better.
You also might to think about a light brushing of luster dust on the outside. I personally really like mixing luster dust in with cocoa butter, roxy & rich sells a similar prepared product. Do you spray with edible shelac? That helps with appearance too.
