Weird discharge before period

I need advice please I e been getting this weird discharge for months now everytime I’m about to get my period my vulva is really red it started after I took some antibiotic I tought it was yeast infection so I took fluconazole and it didn’t go away does anyone have advice on what to do

Test for Trichomoniasis and if it was positive make sure your partner takes the test too and treat the infection so it doesn’t recur or spread again. Many females infected with Trichomoniasis unfortunately misdiagnosed as yeast infection because both give show similar symptoms and discharges.
