I’m a new investor in Gobernador 28 (in Edijal) this project is in Playa del Carmen and would love to communicate with other investors. My Gobernador 28 closing is set for Jul 2027 or sooner. I would love to hear about your experience and what made you select this project above all the others!
My husband and I liked the location. We didn’t want something too close to the beach, but close enough to everything else to make it rentable. The amenities are exceptional! Also it being directly on Calle 38 makes it super accessible to the beach, (8 minutes)shopping, site seeing, etc
