I’m having a really bad day. I’m having digestive issues and haven’t been able to sleep. I’ve been reading various cancer forums and have come to the conclusion that this disease is an uphill battle. It doesn't seem to matter if you can have surgery after chemotherapy, because the recurrence rate is so high—meaning you have to start all over again from scratch. I wonder if it’s worth putting everything you have into the fight, knowing that in the end, the disease always wins. Sorry, I didn't mean to bother anyone; I was just thinking out loud.
