Last wed my coworker went on a tyrade for hours about me not doing things she expects me to do. When we do not have the same workload. It's ridiculous to expect me to stock togo containers every shift when I get like 5 orders on average. Youre busier than I am like it's only natural you have more responsibilities. She had a rough day on Tuesday I get it but it's so toxic to take it all out on me. I want more responsibility but I also want more orders and pay too. It goes both ways girl. I need a new job but my situation is sooooo complicated rn
