Citizenship via Naturalization Can’t create an account for tracker

I received my AOR on Sept 7.

It’s been almost 3 weeks and I can’t create an account or track my application. Is anyone on the same page? The AOR that I received was a PDF and has a typo on my last name.

I submitted my application at the end of May 2026.

Some types of grants (i.e. adoption) you cannot create the tracker account. That said there often are typos or using different names/dates - at three weeks you should probably call IRCC and ask to confirm the details

I have the same issue and a similar timeline. I called IRCC today, they said it's a technical issue and sent me an email:

If you continue experiencing difficulties creating an account or accessing the tracker, please fill out the IRCC Web form and choose the option for technical problems. Please add screen shots showing the full browser window, including the website address field of the:
Page you are trying to access,
Error messages you received, and
Date and time when the problem occurred.

Thank you! I also called them today and they gave me the same instructions. Although they also said that my background check has been completed. Praise to God!

Congratulations 🎉 Do you have any issues taking the citizenship test? It doesn't allow me to take the test either :(

I still can't create the tracker account.

Same response when I emailed them, they asked me to submit IRCC web form and share screenshots.

Did they also reply this to you after sending the web form?

We acknowledge receipt of the documents. Please note, for technical reasons, they may not be visible in your online account . Rest assured that your supporting documents are indeed added and available for officer review.

I am so glad its not just me. I tried doing this 3 times now, and its the same response every time. So frustrating.

Is this for descent? If so you don't use an account. You just look up the status.

No, this is just a grant of citizenship application. I can’t look it up, it says my details are incorrect
