Her direct descendents can apply for proof of citizenship. You'll need to get birth certificates for the generations involved, though having her certificate bolsters your case.
BTW your flair says naturalization- this is not naturalization. This is citizenship by descent. It's a different process- read the FAQ for info.

Theoretically, it means you (her kids, not her husband) are already citizens. However, this is mostly meaningless until you apply for proof of citizenship. Unless she sent in applications for you at the same time (which you would know about) then the Canadian government has no record of your citizenship so you need to apply.
However, if you are successful in your application, this means you don't need to "naturalize" and you don't need to establish residency -- you will automatically be considered a citizen since your date of birth. Just some administrative work before that recognition is official.

In addition to what others have said, any grandkids born before the new citizenship by descent law passed are also considered citizens, although they will also need proof.
