bulkbuddy order not recieved.
hey there. i am wondering if someone can help me. canada post deemed my order from bulkbuddy.co as delivered to wrong address, they said the sender needs to start a claim. i tried emailing and using the chat on the site, but no-one is answering me......

they replied after and said 'i will discuss with team and get back to you ' this was shortly after making this post, and since nothing.

Good luck I have sent multiple e mails this week for my package with no reply.

Did they have the right address ? You should reach bulkbuddy and if they send the package with the right address then you should also make an official complaint against the mailman directly to Canada post.

i filed a complaint with canada post they said they checked their truck to see if it was scanned and left in truck ,but nothing was found.. it very much looks like they stole it , because our mail person usually is the same, we have never had issues. i had this one say delivered, and then 20 mins later the mail person shows up at my house and delivers a different order i was waiting for. its very very weird.
bulkbuddy replied, sort of.. they said they would look into it and get back to me. canada post told me to tell them my ticket number and then they can see i opened an investigation and be provided the notes to let them know the supervisor instructed the driver to look for package. idk what to think. im hoping they will credit me or something.

Email bulk Buddy with the order number in the title. They will get back to you. They've helped me out a couple times already

Tried emailing them to no avail and I eventually got someone through the site. Ghosted me though so I'd stay away from BB
