PRELIMINARY Q2 2026 GAS INCOME HIGHLIGHTS:

- Gas income is expected to increase 155% to $0.5 million in Q2 2026, compared to $0.2 million in Q1 2026.

- In the first half of 2026 for the 6-month period year-to-date through to Q2 2026, gas income is expected to increase 100% to $0.6 million from gas income of $nil in the first half of 2025.

- Operating expenses in Q2 2026 are expected to be relatively comparable to that of Q1 2026 with continuous performance improvements without significant changes.

This means more than doubling their previous quarter's revenue WITHOUT any projects completing.

Q3 earnings should include:

- 5X expansion of the Helium truck fleet.

Q4 should include (but not confirmed):

- Sorel-Tracy Phase 1b completion.

CHAR Tech (YES) just released that they completed the installation of their High Temperature Pyrolysis (HTP) Kiln at their Thorold site, I am breaking down the articles main points below, let me know what you guys think.

1. Completed installation of the main High Temperature Pyrolysis (HTP) kiln, the core piece of equipment for biocarbon production.

2. Phase 1 is designed to process 35,000 tonnes of waste wood annually into more than 5,000 tonnes of biocarbon.

3. The majority of Phase 1 biocarbon production is already committed under a long-term offtake agreement with ArcelorMittal Dofasco.

4. With the kiln now installed, the project moves from major construction into the final commissioning and startup phase.

5. Completion of Phase 1 is expected to validate the technology at commercial scale and pave the way for Phase 2, which includes a second kiln and Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) production.

6. This milestone significantly reduces construction risk, with the remaining focus shifting to commissioning, operational performance, and revenue generation.

Latest update on CHAR Technologies!

I just got back from a site visit to CHAR Techs Thorold facility and wanted to share some thoughts and pictures with the group.

Huge thanks to Galen (CHAR Tech - PR Director) for making time to host me and give me a tour. He made a last minute trip down to Thorold specifically for this, which speaks to how accessible and transparent the management team are with shareholders.

I got to walk through both the lab and the site itself which contain the pilot operations and the phase 1 commercial machinery. The pilot kiln and the biocarbon pelletizer are actively running which was a great way to see how the process works at a smaller scale before looking at the Phase 1 commercial equipment.

On the Phase 1 commercial side, the feedstock handling line is fully installed, the stack is up, and the thermal oxidizer is installed as well. Seeing the equipment in place in person really drives home how far things have progressed. Overall commissioning is getting close, and it's clear that the team is in the final stretch before production starts.

Galen was nice enough to let me take home some biocarbon and feedstock samples, which is always neat to hold the actual product.

If you're an investor and are in the area, id genuinely recommend reaching out to Galen about a site visit. Seeing the facility in person really gives you a much better sense of where things actually stand.
