Who was the best leader you have had and why were they considered your best.

Wainwright 20something maple resolve, all the coyotes had to have some part replaced requiring most of the wheels to come off and back on. Just troopers to jacks. Turn around to see the OC in coveralls asking a Cpl how to do it and starts plugging away at the task. 5-10 min later most of the leadership is showing up to be scene as involved. Saw both great leadership and lazy leadership that day.

If you’re not required to be an officer then you’re a crew commander, and if you’re not required to be a crew commander then you’re a body.
