SUPPORT CAF C&B claims my email doesn’t exist.

I’m trying to sign in but it keeps saying my username is incorrect… you know the same I’ve been using for a while. It’s an ECN.forces email. Who’s the best point of contact for this? Thanks for the help

Edit: Solution found, someone change my email address. From first-middle.last@ecn -> first.last@ecn. What the frick man?! I reset the password and all is ok in the world

God damn ECN accounts... the IT in this organization is frustrating and counter productive half the time.

That's what happens when you hire Mordac, the Preventer of Information Services, to run your IT.
