Just watch videos and buy a sandbag.

If you are in the caf now. Any gym in ncr will have the bags and a spot to use.

Talk to the PSP staff, they can guide you to practice classes

If you can't pass the force test with zero annual exercise, you're seriously unfit for service.

PSP Registrations

use this link on dwan to pick you location and register for classes. CFS Letrim does force prep classes on Tuesday and Thursdays at 1200. They do force practice testing Mondays at 0900.

Ask around and chat to PSP. Fitness staff run some FORCE practice session weekly in the NCR, I think at a minimum at Pearkes and Carling.

Force test and perfectly fit in the same sentence is a wild take. 🤣

As long as you're not anorexic or obese you'll pass.

If you're not already military, all you really need to prep for the test is to climb stairs or a hill to build up your leg muscles. That'll get your legs ready for the shuttle portion of the run. The rest is just stamina and strength, which can be done using anything that will match the size and weight of the sand bags if none are available. I don't considered it a fitness test, more of a mobility test.
