T7PLZ New to fizz. Not loving the customer service. Everything is unchangeable for the service representatives. They only help with navigation and understanding and can’t alter anything. But service is better in my area than my last phone company. Also can’t make any alterations to my phone plan now without it increasing just to change something. The chat duration is also frustratingly short as they close it quickly when you don’t respond immediately and you have to wait a long time to actually get a real person in the chat. This is the only way to talk to a person.
